Dixie Bend Retreat Lot Owners Association incorporated in 1974
The History
On March the 14th 1974
Dixie Bend Retreat was incorporated as a KYA private community nestled alongside the beautiful Cumberland River near Burnside, KY.
The purposes of said corporation are as follows:
- To promote harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships and projects for and between the members hereor, local government and all possibly helpful non-members;
- To work to solve problems common to the owners of property in the Dixie Bend Retreat Subdivision and to improve the conditions of said owners;
- To serve as a common bond between the above said owners for the general benefit of all such owners.
Since 1974 fellow members of Dixie Bend have worked hard to make Dixie Bend today one of the best private homeowners association (HOA) communities on the Lake. We look forward to all members getting involved with improving what so many have worked hard to achieve.
Dixie Bend Retreat covers over 330 scenic acres nestled alongside the beautiful Cumberland River. With over 1100 privately owned lots and two private boat docks on property.
